Aura Paws Mission
The most successful canine experience begins with a level of training that caters to the ability to communicate with your dog. This is where the therapeutic aspect of showing affection through grooming enhances the bond created between the dog and handler. While grooming is not the only consultation based service I provide, it is the foundation of any trust building exercise because it is vital for your pet's physical and mental health. Your groomer sees more of your dog than your local vet, and often is the first person to identify potential issues. Not every dog is going to immediately allow you to touch them in all the ways you need to as a groomer. This is why I have designed a consultation based service to begin the journey to a well-rounded and pleasant experience that specifically targets your dog’s individual needs and nurtures trust and confidence building experiences that work toward a healthier lifestyle. Communication with your dog begins with trust and patience on their terms. There is a level of respect that grows through finding the stability they need to put you within that category.
